Valentine’s Day!
Join us on Wednesday, February 14th at our downtown Boiler Brewing location for a romantic beer dinner and jazz!
We’re partnering with our good friends from Aragon Tavern to offer a four-course beer dinner followed by an intimate set with The Darryl White Trio.
The menu for the the evening:
- Crab Tartine - Crab Salad, brioche toast, egg jam, frisee, tomato, chive, salmon roe
- Ricotta Ravioli - Ricotta stuffed ravioli w/ guanciale, celeriac, celery hearts, brown butter, walnut
- New York Strip - Certified Piedmontese New York Strip, Sauce Bordelaise, Crispy Shallot, Fingerling Potatoes •OR• Halibut - Pan seared halibut, cauliflower, romesco, red pepper, charred shallot
- Floating Island - Poached meringue, chocolate cream anglaise, raspberry coulis, butter tuile
Each course will be paired with a Boiler Brewing Company beer. Brewmaster Tim Thomssen and Chef George Lambert will present each course.
After the fourth course is presented, The Darryl White Trio will commence an intimate set to round out your Valentine’s Day in style. Darryl’s Trio features himself on trumpet, Hans Sturm on bass, and Jeff Jenkins on keys.
The evening is limited to 34 people. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM. Ticket price includes gratuity.
FAQs
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like! Keep in mind each ticket is one seat. If you're wanting to bring a date, you will need to bid for 2 tickets.
Explain in greater detail how the ticket bidding works. How will I know if/when I secure a ticket?
Bidding will begin on January 23rd and cease on January 31, 2024 at 7pm Central Time. You will have an opportunity to place a maximum bid to help ensure you secure a ticket.
If you win, you'll only be charged the lowest bid out of the Bid Winners. For example, if your max bid is $100, but the Funl ends with the lowest bid out of the Bid Winners being $50, all of the Bid Winners pay $50 per ticket.
You will be notified by email if another outbids you. If you are outbid you can still decide to increase your bid to secure a ticket.
Is there a minimum reserve on this Funl?
Yes, all Funl events need a minimum reserve amount to be reached to happen. This is a key benefit to our Funl creators to eliminate risk and ensure they will not lose money on their Funl.
How and when will I be charged?
If you are one of the Bid Winners when the Funl ends, you will be required to pay the winning bid amount by credit card.
