Tixstarter helps artists launch live events with no risk. Instead of guessing how many people might show up, creators get real demand upfront before they lock in a venue or spend a dime.

Every Tixstarter has a minimum number of tickets that need to be sold in order for the event to move forward. This is called the Ticket Reserve.

When you reserve a pre-sale ticket, your card isn’t charged right away. You're simply saying, "Yes, I want this. Count me in!" 

The event only becomes official once enough fans jump in and the creator’s Ticket Reserve is reached.

Ticket Reserve met? Your card is charged, tickets go out, and the event is a go.

Ticket Reserve not met? Nobody gets charged, and the event doesn’t move forward.

It’s a simple way to make sure every show starts with a crowd ready to make it happen.

Unfortunately, no. Per our Terms of Service, Funl isn’t able to provide refunds, even if you can’t attend. Once an event is funded, those dollars immediately help the artist plan the show, secure the venue, and cover real costs. Think of it like helping the show exist in the first place.

Absolutely! You can reserve up to 10 tickets per fan. Bring the whole crew.

As soon as the event crosses the goal, you’ll get an email letting you know your card has been charged and your ticket QR code is ready. You can also follow the progress right on this page and if you want the event to fund faster, send the link to a friend!
