On Thursday, March 12th at 8 PM, we’re opening up something special at our downtown location — a private, ticketed experience limited to just 15 people.

We’ll be gathering inside The Boiler Barrel Room for an all-inclusive night featuring (a month before it's public release) THE BUZZARD barrel-aged double mash extended boil Russian Imperial Stout, samples of Buzzard’s Roost cocktails, and Buzzard’s Roost whiskey pours, great finger foods, and an intimate presentation with the Boiler and Buzzard’s Roost team. This isn’t a crowded event — it’s up-close, relaxed, and built for people who really want to experience it.

Tickets are available through Funl on a pay-what-you-want platform. Bid what the experience is worth to you. The top bidder will walk away with a bottle of Buzzard’s Roost Cigar Rye (a $900 contributor’s value) and a bottle of THE BUZZARD.

When will I know if this event is happening?
Funl exists to help event creators determine demand before putting on an event. This allows them to dream up unique events and discover the demand.  Some Funls have a reserve that needs to be met in order for the event to take place.

Once the Funl closes, the winners of the Funl will be notified if the event is confirmed, and what the final ticket price will be.

Explain in greater detail how the ticket bidding works. How will I know if/when I secure a ticket?
Bidding will end on March 8, 2026 at 7pm Central Time. You will have an opportunity to place a maximum bid to help ensure you secure a ticket.

You will be notified by email/text if another fan outbids you. If you are outbid you can still decide to increase your bid to secure a ticket.

How many tickets can I purchase?
You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like!

Why was 5 minutes added to the end of the auction?
That’s Funl’s anti-bid sniping feature in action. If someone places a bid in the final 5 minutes that changes who’s in the Winning Group or shifts the order, we extend the auction by another 5 minutes. This gives everyone a fair shot to react and adjust their bid.

Can I sell my ticket(s)?
No. We want to prevent fans from buying tickets simply to sell for a profit. If for some reason you can’t attend your ticket will be offered to the next highest bidder.

How and when will I be charged?
If you are one of the winners when the Funl ends you will be required to pay the winning bid amount by credit card.
